Wonderful location of the comfort rooms with great view. Very friendly, dedicated staff. Probably the best and most beautiful facility in Scarborough. Again with pleasure

The tropical gardens leading down to the beach are a vivid spectacle, with birds and iguanas keeping things lively. The large balcony offered a fantastic view of the beach and the Caribbean Sea.
The maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. The pool area felt neglected, with dead plants and cracked paving. Our room had no towels initially, and the shower fixture was broken, spraying water everywhere. We also noticed a lack of privacy in the bathroom setup, as there's no actual door, just a partition. The evening dining options were decent but sometimes confusing, with poorly labeled hot food. While the price seemed good, the amenities felt more like those of a lower-rated hotel.

Had a really good stay for the holidays, glad I've chosen it. All the employees were very professional and hard-working and smiled at me. The breakfasts were great with the sausages, couldn't ask for anything better. I appreciated to be in this place.

Our stay was a really good experience. We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with the bedroom, the internet, a super-cute and it was available. The staff was very professional and hard-working, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Nice hotel, nice garden, nice small beach directly below the hotel and very friendly staff.
The WLAN is very bad and phone calls abroad were not possible via the hotel's telephone system (thanks to the young lady at the reception who lent me her private smartphone for this purpose).

The private beach offered a peaceful escape, while the staff's friendliness enriched our experience. We were disappointed with the lack of variety in dining options during our all-inclusive stay.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable, with a beautiful, safe little private sandy beach perfect for relaxation and the ease of exploring nearby attractions like the Tobago Museum and Fort King George, which are both just a short walk away, making my city strolls highly satisfying.

Location: the hotel was right by a magical island, the beach club and the center of Scarborough. Also, Scarborough Botanical Garden was 2 miles away.
